Shipping and Returns


All items with the exception of Firearms & Ammunition will be shipped via USPS (Ammunition will be shipped using UPS ORD-M ground and Firearms will be shipped UPS or FedEx to valid FFL's ONLY ).


Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. The Customer will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund on all non-firearm products found defective upon receipt. The Customer will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, The Customer need to file a claim with the carrier. If you receive a defective item, please immediately call the shop at 88-660-6462 to request a return label.


Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEFECTIVE FIREARMS DIRECTLY TO LMMG. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the Customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

Please provide your order number with a copy of your FFL. If your FFL Dealer has not sent in a copy of the FFL since the beginning of March 2014, we will need a new copy sent in to the above email or fax number.

How do I know if a firearm or magazine capacity is compliant in my state?

Every state has different laws and regulations on different firearms and magazine capacity. Before placing an order for a firearm or magazine, please contact your local FFL dealer to ensure that the firearm or magazine you would like to order is compliant in your state. Can you ship a pistol lower receiver to California?

Unfortunately, since the pistol lower receiver is not on the California approved handgun roster, it is not compliant in California.

Can an FFL dealer hold a package at the UPS hub?

Unfortunately, we have a flag on our UPS account that will not allow us or an FFL dealer to hold a package at the UPS hub.

I cannot locate my FFL dealer on the website FFL locator.

Select "Cannot locate my FFL dealer" from the bottom of the list. Once your order has been completed, contact us by phone or email to provide us with the updated FFL information. Please reference your name and order number when providing us with your updated FFL dealer.

Conditions of Use

Purchasing requirements: Ammunition buyer must be over the age of 21 years to purchase pistol ammo, 18 years for rifle ammo, and never have been convicted of a felony or adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution. All state, local and federal laws apply. By placing an order on this website you certify that you can legally purchase, receive and own ammunition. Please do not attempt purchase if you are prohibited from buying the item in your area.

Ammunition Restrictions:

Attention CA customers : Sorry, as of 3/16/18 we no longer accept sales to anyone in California. No exceptions or exemptions.

Attention CT customers : Please upload a picture of your required documentation in checkout. Acceptable documentation is an FFL dealer’s license by itself (not including type 03 C&R licenses), or a valid CT permit to carry a pistol or revolver, or a valid CT long gun eligibility certificate. 

Attention NY customers : In New York State we ship ammunition orders only to  FFL dealers. Please upload a picture of your required documentation in checkout. Acceptable documentation is an FFL dealer’s license with an address that matches the ship-to address for the order. The shipping address must match the FFL or we will not ship the order.

No Shipments to the state of Massachusetts or the cities of Washington D.C. or Chicago, IL.  All other IL residents must provide an image of their FOID card and a copy of a second state issued ID when they place an order. There is a section in the checkout form to upload an image file of the FOID card which is required. If you have difficulties uploading the FOID please contact us through the 'contact us' section of the website.

We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii as transportation of ammunition by Air is prohibited by law in 49CFR. If you are a resident of one of these areas please do not attempt to purchase.  Our system charges credit cards when the order is placed and if you make a purchase and are from an area listed above your order will be canceled and refund will be less up to 10% fee to cover the lost costs from the attempted transaction.

Privacy Notice: 

LMMG will never release any customer information to a third party, unless it is required for a federal investigation, to comply with the law, to enforce our site policies, or to protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. Besides reasons listed above for releasing third party information, customer information will only be used by LMMG to help personalize your shopping experience and improve customer service.

All customer information provided to the site during the purchasing process  is protected. A variety of security measures has been implemented to ensure that customer information is not visible or attainable by a third party.
